About the Role
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support our lead teachers by helping with classroom activities, providing break coverage, and closing classrooms at the end of the day. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, playtime, and curriculum implementation.
Provide break coverage to ensure continuous supervision and care.
Help with end-of-day routines, including cleaning and organizing classrooms.
Support children with diaper changes, potty training, and maintaining proper hygiene.
Foster a positive and caring atmosphere where every child feels safe and supported.
Requirements
A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in childcare or early education is a plus, but not required.
18 years or older
High School Graduate or Equivalent
